The truth is that building a system or individual components with prompting and no code is no longer Sci-Fi. Or creating a fully functional workflow directly from a information heavy, detailed BPMN. Or administering/tweaking an AI powered enterprise platform in its full capacity, creating custom KPIs, automating on any trigger... with no code. Even aligning solutions overtime with new internal organization perspectives, market changes etc. as they evolve. We are still not at a point where we can tackle any complexity, legacy upgrades and deep integrations. But we will get there. And I cannot imagine who else would be more efficient in doing this than the person who deeply understands and translates the business needs into innovative solution designs. Not scared here... more like excited. I get to live in a world where I can touch things, see things getting the light of the day, things that I have been missing and wished they existed many times in the past. The BA role will finally make a difference between ”translators" that hunt the bare minimum and "dreamers" who aim for delivering highest value. In a new world where a good idea will no longer be killed by the cost.

BA vs AI: The Future of Business Analysis I get asked this question often: “Will AI replace Business Analysts?” The truth? AI won’t replace us, but it will redefine how we work. In my role, I’ve seen how AI tools have transformed the way I deliver value. In my role, I leverage AI to: 💡 Automate manual tasks like requirement mapping and documentation. 📊 Analyze complex data and identify trends faster. 🧩 Support impact assessments and process improvement ideas. 🗣️ Even brainstorm solutions during requirement workshops. AI has become my assistant, not my replacement. But here’s what AI still can’t do 👇 👥 Build trust with stakeholders. 🤝 Facilitate collaboration when opinions differ. 🧠 Manage emotions, uncertainty, and change. 💬 Ask the right “why” that drives real business outcomes. The future BA will not fear AI, they’ll partner with it. We’ll use automation to free up time for strategy, empathy, and innovation. Because AI can process information, but you, the Business Analyst, process people, perspectives, and purpose. 💬 Are you currently integrating AI into your BA work? Which tools are helping you analyze or collaborate smarter? #BusinessAnalysis #BusinessAnalyst #AIInBusinessAnalysis #BABOK #BACommunity #AgileBA #TechCareers #FutureOfWork #DigitalTransformation #AIForBA #BusinessTransformation #BAJourney
