After an incredible journey, I am extremely emotional to say goodbye to my wonderful family at General Mills. I leave with a deep sense of gratitude — for the amazing learning opportunities, the trust placed in me, and the space I was given to grow, lead, and make an impact. General Mills has been more than just a workplace — it’s been a place where I’ve had the chance to work with some of the most inspiring leaders, be part of high-impact initiatives, and experience a culture that truly believes in empowerment, collaboration, and purpose. Workday is at an incredibly exciting juncture — growing rapidly, innovating boldly, and embracing an AI-first mindset to redefine what’s possible in enterprise software. What excites me most is the opportunity to contribute during this transformative phase — where high growth meets cutting-edge AI innovation — and help shape the foundation that enables everything from agility to intelligence at scale.
