On Monday, I was in the Atlanta (Hartsfield-Jackson) airport --Delta terminal. While awaiting my delayed flight I spoke with Tawauna Outler as she was working, in the Women's restroom, near gate A31. Please join me in celebrating Tawauna, here's why: - She greeted EVERY SINGLE PERSON ENTERING the very busy restroom with a sincere smile while asking how every person was doing. - Tawauna asked if there were anything she could do for anyone, all while attending to every single individual stall with a sense of urgency and clear pride. - As people washed their hands she told them to "have a good day". Finally- it was the cleanest, best-smelling airport restroom I have seen! Tawauna let me take a photo of her ABM Janitorial Services employee badge. I let her know I wanted to share how exceptional she is at doing her job. As I can't locate Tawauna on Linked In, I am tagging the ABM Industries CEO Scott Salmirs.
