It’s always a bit surreal reading things like this about yourself: “Lawrence Pearce provides an excellent level of service. He also understands issues quickly and provides pragmatic and commercial solutions.” That quote’s from this year’s Chambers & Partners UK 2026 rankings - and I’m genuinely grateful to the clients and contacts who took time to share their feedback. Both Sam Bawden and I have been individually ranked again this year, and our Holmes & Hills Solicitors Construction Team has also been recognised. It’s easy to say “team effort” - but in our world, it really is. From late-night adjudication prep to those 10-minute “what do you think of this clause?” chats, none of it happens in isolation.
