The DC DMV has just launched its Intelligent Speed Assistance (ISA) Program, a first-of-its-kind safety initiative designed to reduce reckless driving and make our streets safer. Amazing! It is only a matter of time before all 50 states implement similar legislation. Technology like ISA for repeat speed offenders is a no brainer. It's about time that we implement technologies that make roads more safe for all of us.
