Cllr Liam Kelly, executive councillor for growth, and Cllr Tom Catton, executive councillor for resources, visited Parkinson Harness Technology Ltd (PHT) to tour their new 10.7-acre site in Kirton, Boston. PHT’s a leading manufacturer of specialised cable harnesses and high-voltage solutions, creating components for multinational corporations and SMEs worldwide. When their project for an expanded site risked being delayed indefinitely, we stepped in, agreeing to new commercial terms in line with an independent RICS valuation for the investment land we held. Alongside work with other stakeholders, this decisive action helped PHT secure the site and move forward with its growth plans. Cllr Kelly said: “This success story is exactly why the council holds development land across the county – to help businesses grow, consolidate and thrive when it matters most.” For more information, visit 👉 https://bit.ly/4qd5QOY
