We're Hiring - Children's Registered Manager We’re proud to be investing in our own children’s homes, with our third home opening in early 2026, a specialist provision supporting children and young people on the edge of care. This new home is a key part of our Edge of Care Strategy, inspired by the No Wrong Door model. It will offer a unique blend of residential care and assertive outreach, helping children remain at home while receiving tailored, planned interventions. We’re looking for a Registered Manager, who will lead and shape this new service from the ground up. Building a strong, high-performing team, championing a culture of care, development, and inclusion. Have oversight of every child’s journey, ensuring quality, safety, and positive outcomes. You must have an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or be willing to work towards it), experience as a Registered or Deputy Manager in a children’s residential setting and have a passion for safeguarding, relationship-building, and driving meaningful change.
