I was really inspired by being a chief experience officer. That's why I wrote this book, The 10 Second Customer Journey. And my biggest kind of lesson in this is customer experience is more than about feelings and perceptions. And if you want to be a CXO, you've got to put the X in CXO. That means being that integrator of product, marketing, commerce and service. That sits between the customer and the organization. That's how you're going to drive growth.
