Raise Up Youth Summit – Liverpool ✨ What an event centred on a clear Call To Action, to share ideas and improve how we support young people into meaningful jobs/careers. Key takeaway: young people don’t want to be another cog in the wheel, as Joe Hall was saying, they expect authenticity, familiarity, and to have their ideas heard. It really made us, as a small local recruitment consultancy, to reflect on how we attract and recruit talent across our sectors. Huge thanks to Sara Lawton (Pgcert) Daniel Ross for the Jobs Carousel slot, and to Pamela Clifford and Callum Abdallah an apprentice from Evolve Facility Services Ltd for sharing his journey.
