It’s imperative to take Ministers, MLAs, Corporators and the municipal authorities on a road ride throughout Pune in the common man’s commute means. Once they feel shivers down their spine, flesh squeezing and skeletons rattling, they shall take things seriously with immediate attention of improving the road condition and the infra that’s intended to be. PCMC once used to have one of the best road conditions, but now takes pride in deteriorating and worsening each year. Road towards Chakan has been one of my worst nightmares damaging my personal vehicle that’s incurred me loses. Road taxes and tolls collected to make them better or break them? The moon might have lesser craters than the stretch from Nigdi to Chakan via Talawade. While PMPML has been one of the most active public fleet operators inducting numerous buses each year, does it even maintain the conditions of those vehicles/ buses? The reckless driving of these vehicles? Within few months these buses turn out dented and broken. Is the taxpayers money consciously spent? The public demands simple, elegant and SUSTAINABLE amenities and resources for the hefty taxes they pay on every thing.
But this Double-decker bus will be really useful in rainy season as the ground floor will submerge in water and passengers would be safe in the above compartment of the bus.🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😂😥😥😥🤐🤐🤐
Mahesh Landge--Respected Sir, these double deckers will work beautifully on high-density routers....but it is my opinion and sincere request to consider formalizing 6-seaters to Pune's overall mobility scene--the 6seaters can play a make/break role to last mile connectivity for Pune Metro
The road widening is not yet completed since a year, how will the Double-decker bus reach Chikhali PMPL bus stop
Instead of increasing fleets, try to focus on improving & sustaining road quality.
Hope the drivers are properly trained and counselled. Otherwise, their way of driving the buses and the condition of the roads would be a deadly combination! Road safety is nearly zero across the city! Hope administration is also working on that.🙏
Request to Repair all road rather than implement this bus as many accident with lose of life case are occurring daily in PCMC area specially MIdC connect all roads. #pcmc #pune
Please help to implement queue system from day 1. It will help to enhance travel quality via public transport, inculcate discipline and safety for the traveller.
Let road infra & wire management be improved to enjoy these rides. Just for the sake of launch lets not waste common man's money.

1moSIR, Please don't plan on Alandi-Dehu corridor. The road at Moi Chowk is so pathetic that the bus shown in picture (if it is actually the one) will never be in condition to run again on any other route. Also the said "Double-Decker" will be tangled between the wires stretching from pole to pole. Still if planned on this route and started, it won't be able to cross Chikhali Chowk due to Traffic and both side enroachments and would not find its way through Auto rickshaw stands which occupies nearly half the road. If any of the readers find this as exaggerating, please check the CCTV footage of cameras installed in MOI CHOWK and Chikhali Chowk (you might get it through RTI - if permitted). Normal buses are in reckless conditions and the drivers are still driving rashly and without fear as they are government employees. The worst part is the bus stop at Chikhali Chowk, buses turning towards Akurdi block the entire traffic, but not a single authority from PMPL or Traffic department has objected this or not even noticed this. Thank you For giving us the privilege to see DOUBLE -DECKKER bus again. 🤐🤐🤐
