Main Line Health welcomed over 100 attendees to our inaugural AI Literacy Summit — a day dedicated to raising understanding of artificial intelligence and its impact on healthcare. We kicked off with a warm Welcome from Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer Luke Olenoski, followed by an inspiring keynote address from William Nieczpiel, Associate Vice President of Data Analytics & Reporting, who shared why AI literacy is essential to our future. One of the highlights of the morning was the Responsible and Ethical AI Use Panel, moderated by Alaina Gibbs, Innovation Strategist/Product Owner, featuring powerful insights from Nieczpiel as well as: • Cheryl Ann Straup, Associate Vice President, Compliance • Shaune Ferrara, Senior Legal Counsel • Rosangely Cruz-Rojas, DrPH, Vice President, Chief Diversity & Equity Officer • John Potts,DO,FAAFP, Vice President & Chief Medical Information Officer • Don Klingen, MD, President, Main Line HealthCare Attendees also had the opportunity to explore our AI in Action Showcase (curated by Renae Burke Hesnan), featuring solution providers shaping the future of healthcare. The afternoon was filled with four breakout sessions designed to meet learners where they are on their AI journey: • Data to Decisions: Analytics + AI (Bill Nieczpiel) • AI in Operations: Use Cases and Tools (Alexander Ballas) • AI for Beginners: Understanding the Basics (Sara McHugh-Grant) • Ethics & Bias: What to Watch For (Rosangely Cruz-Rojas) This event marks the beginning of an exciting journey as we continue to navigate AI together — responsibly, ethically and with purpose.
