Hi, I'm David Lindop from Antera Spective AI, and I've been talking at the Manchester Tech Festival leadership event tonight. I've really enjoyed the whole evening. There's a lot of energy here and it feels very, very different to some of the more corporate events that we talk about in London. I think, you know, there's a lot of innovation here. It's been a really exciting event. I think the more interesting thing for me it is the feedback I've had from the session as well, is the skills we need to have. I think everybody talks about a human in the loop, but it's not just any human. Those humans are very rare. They need a balanced set of skills. And one of the things we ended on was how you start to develop those humans, where they come from. They may not come from the traditional technology community. And I think based on some of the conversations we've had afterwards, I think that's really, really resonating. So I'd love to explore those areas a little bit further in future sessions.
