It’s a wrap! This year was my second time at the PEI Operating Partners Forum in London, and it was a pleasure to share the stage with Henry Weaver, Philip Carrivick, Marco Ferrara, Bala Narayanaswamy and Luke Anderson. We explored how to look at and use AI during due diligence, as well as how 100-day plans are evolving. Rather than grand takeaways, two lines from my peers that stuck: 🔄 Matt Baird on flipping the script: “How can AI transform your business?” might be on everyone's lips, but it is also insightful to ask “what is the unique value that people bring to your business that AI cannot yet replicate?" 🎥 Gaël Gibert with a well-put analogy, comparing AI POCs to the pilot episode of a TV show: it is unlikely to be a successful hit if you do not have a view of what comes next before you start.
