Excited to introduce Amazon Quick Suite, our powerful new agentic AI application that's already changing how tens of thousands of people at Amazon (myself included) work on a daily basis. When I talk to customers, they tell me they wish they had something like ChatGPT, but designed specifically for work environments, with access to all of their company data, and with AWS level security so they feel comfortable using it with their proprietary enterprise data. And that is what we are launching today with Amazon Quick Suite. Quick seamlessly connects your structured data like business metrics and dashboards with unstructured content such as documents, wikis, and web research into one unified experience. The AI agents in Quick do the heavy lifting, connecting dots across these different data types, whether you are using chat to find quick insights to answer questions in the middle of a meeting, or using Quick Research to look into a problem that's been top of mind. This all now happens in one secure place where your queries are never used to train models. With features like Quick Flows, and Quick Automate, you can build custom workflows that turn tasks that used to take days into minutes. You can even use Quick to build custom chat agents that cater to specific needs within your team. Quick has transformed my workday, and our customers like 3M, DXC Technology, and Jabil are already seeing amazing results too. I think you're going to love it. https://lnkd.in/gVapzzKZ
Is this aiming to replace Amazon Q for Business? if not, what are the differences?
Quick Suite has been a game-changer for our finance operations at Amazon Web Services (AWS). We pull insights across financial data, internal documentation, and business metrics – all in one place. The time savings and quality of insights have delivered exceptional ROI. Thrilled to see this launching for our partners and customers!!
Great news! Congrats on the launch of an AWS backed secure business AI assistant! Hopefully this will spell the end of posts riddled with the chatGPT dash (-) 🤞🏼
This is my favorite internal tool! Glad it’s now GA! 🚀🐐
Quick Suite is already transforming our Finance workflows at Amazon. Our Finance teams from analysts to our leaders are seeing the benefits of this while ensuring our data is always protected. For example, we're leveraging Quick Research for comprehensive document analysis, using Quick Flows to streamline our processes, and building custom chat agents to get instant answers to our analysis questions. What used to take our teams days can now be accomplished in minutes, all within a secure environment.
Great to see Quick Suite available to customers — a breakthrough for bringing AI to enterprise data securely and at scale. 🎉🚀
The “agentic” battle is becoming clearer: Salesforce, Microsoft, SAP, Oracle have begun offering super-agents integrated into their CRM, ERP, and other enterprise solutions, while pure AI players have so far focused on coding agents : OpenAI Codex, Anthropic Claude Code, Github Copilot Agent Mode, Google Jules, etc. and web or PC control agents : OpenAI Operator, Anthropic Computer Use. Yesterday's launch of OpenAI's AgentKit marks a new turning point, as this suite aims to streamline, simplify, accelerate, and secure not only the design of AI agents but also their deployment and evaluation, enabling savings of up to 70% on the development cycle by eliminating the need to manually assemble heterogeneous building blocks. The battle is heating up, and it's important to choose the right tool for each project - kudos to JEAN YVES DELANNOY by the way. NOW, let's ask our favorite assistant to help us to choose, or let's start because the important thing is the journey? Eric ESPENEL
