Today I earned my CGRC and CSSLP, completing all nine ISC2 certifications. This places me in a very exclusive global cohort. John Young COO MBA CISSP CCSP CGRC CSSLP SSCP CC CISM CBSP was the 11th person to achieve this, and the total is still likely fewer than 20 worldwide. I’ve never viewed this as a checklist, but as evidence of sustained, cross-domain cybersecurity mastery and a commitment to high-trust leadership in security, governance, and technology risk.
Congratulations Matthew Merchant, MBA, MSc 🎉
Would love to know how you studied for the CGRC! Congrats!
Interesting. I suppose congratulations are in order. I would however question the value of that many certifications in real life application. Certs have a place but at the end book learning is not mastery of anything.
Huge congrats, Matthew Merchant, MBA, MSc. Incredible milestone. What kept you motivated along the way?
First of all, CONGRATULATIONS! This is awesome achievement! Second: you have motivated me to continue on the same pursue! Third, I would like to ask, how did you earn the CC certification after the CISSP? Regards.
Alright what kind of crack are you on.

1wCurious, why the CC? Taking an entry-level certification 11 years after an advanced-level certification does not make sense.
