Clearly you don't work in Meta Store Support, because my experience with them is not positive. 2 weeks without any updates on my Meta quest 3 controllers, treating my like garbage, has been the worst experience of my life as a customer. Anyone want to buy a $1k paper weight because that is what I have right now without my controllers. I will never buy Meta ever again and the support is absolutely the worst.

Hi Meta, I am requesting assistance regarding an account that was wrongly accused of violating your community guidelines. I have since lost my Instagram and Facebook which is now directly affecting a business due to managing their marketing via Meta Business Suite. My account has been disabled without explanation and I cannot access Facebook, Messanger, or WhatsApp. What makes this important for not just me but for others within our city is I ran a Facebook group to help tourists with advice visiting Quebec. I can no longer access this group where 147,000 tourists and businesses relied on. Not having access to my account will cause emotional harm to me and financial harm to the city.
