Ohh, one of my favorite spots, the arena outside of the court is right here, 601. I'm here with Christine Rose and to discuss what we know about 601. It's a great place for fans to come to pregame during the game, whatever the case, but it's also a great space. Maybe fans aren't aware of that. What is this space available for? Yeah, so we are fully available private event space so we can book any type of event. We have all of the capabilities of a standard banquet hall, but with the quintessential Miami vibe. Like look at this view, as I said this, this is not standard. When you look around and see everything and you see the the design and everything. What makes it so unique for someone to want to have an event, maybe a holiday party or corporate event, whatever it may be? I think that's a big part of it is that it's got all of the capabilities, AV furniture, all that good stuff, but it's got the feel of Miami. You're if you're coming to Miami corporate trying to celebrate a special occasion, you want to have that Miami field. So we have. The best of both. I feel like you have these amazing views inside an outdoor spaces. We can host family events, small corporate meetings, Too small. Exactly get it done right. And when you come here, let's face it, there's a lot of Miami vibe. That's when it's about the water, the the design, but the food is important to how much does the Hispanic heritage, the food, what you, the flavors of 6/01 are a big part of what you get, of course. So we have all of our menus made in house. We have a variety of menus, super fun Taco stations, Paryla boards. We love to feature the Miami staples like croquetas and find out. Trust me, I've had plenty of them. We love to be able to feature that and lay off of the space, the location, the flavors of our community and really make it a feature for your event and make it a staple that people are going to remember and want to come back. It's important. It's important for you too, right? Because that, look, we all have our backgrounds that we're proud of it. For many of us in South Florida, us included, it's a, it's a Hispanic background. But how much does that influence space, what you offer here, what you want 601 to be about? The Heat family were all about culture, which I just love and respect. I feel like culture is a big part of our roots and it's something that we're always trying to. Share with everybody right so just really being able to showcase that is something that I really appreciate and being able to focus and and. Highlight our cultures, you know part of it.
