We are thrilled to announce the successful closing of our construction loan for Phase I of the Aero 70 industrial project in Aurora, Colorado!    Spanning 150 acres, Aero 70 is strategically located along I-70 at the future Aerotropolis interchange, offering users toll-free highway access and excellent visibility in a foreign trade zone. Phase I is under construction now and features two buildings totaling 817,475 SF, set to deliver in Q1 of 2026.    This achievement was made possible by our strong partnerships with Associated Bank & FNBO. We are grateful for the continued growth and success with these valued partners!    With Phase I officially underway, we eagerly anticipate the opportunities ahead, including the development of Phase II.
