We’re about a month away from BFCM, And every brand I talk to right now is in the same mode: “How do we sell more?” I get it. It’s the biggest week of the year. But after seeing so many BFCM seasons up close, here’s what I’ve learned:- The real winners aren’t the ones who discount the deepest. They’re the ones who connect the fastest. Because the truth is… every brand will get traffic next month. Not every brand will be remembered in December. This is the best time to double down on your existing customers, make them feel like insiders, not just buyers. Remind them why they loved you before the sale. BFCM will end in 4 days, but the trust you build now? That compounds all year. If there’s one playbook I swear by, it’s this: Stop chasing carts. Start building connections.
