Molina Healthcare to rebrand Senior Whole Health in MA, expands One Care program

Molina Healthcare announced its state health plan in Massachusetts, known as Senior Whole Health, will do business under the Molina Healthcare brand name, effective January 1, 2026. This announcement comes as the health plan renewed its Senior Care Options (SCO) contract, ensuring continued high-quality, coordinated care for eligible older adults. In addition, Molina will expand its commitment to the Commonwealth by launching a new One Care program serving adults ages 21–64 who are dually eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid. This expansion will strengthen access to whole-person care and reflects Molina's long-standing mission to improve health outcomes for vulnerable populations. It’s been over 18 months and I still haven’t been paid for services I provided throughout 2024 under a valid LOA. Despite repeated follow-ups and resubmitting claims multiple times—as instructed—I’ve received no resolution and no communication. This is unacceptable and deeply disrespectful to providers who uphold their end of the agreement. I’m asking for accountability and action.
