As someone who navigates Email, Slack, Teams, Salesforce and Jira daily, this Glean + Slack integration is a massive addition to both ecosystems. The overhead of context-switching between multiple tools is genuinely a pain. Being able to pull up the right conversation, deal context, or ticket without leaving Slack will really change how we work at JOURN3Y. We're implementing this on our own Slack and Glean instances as well as helping customers maximise the new capability.
