RevOps AF The Podcast: Guardrails for GTM Safety

View profile for Mustafa Saeed

I joined Matthew Volm and the RevOps Co-op on the latest episode of RevOps AF The Podcast. Outbound isn’t dead. Reckless automation is. We got into guardrails that keep GTM safe: human-in-the-loop approvals, automation limits, secondary domains and dedicated IPs per rep, health checks on sending infrastructure, and list source accountability. We also covered platform crackdowns, compliance risks, and why quality beats volume across channels. Link in comments.

Totally agree - reckless automation is what burns bridges, not outbound itself. Guardrails like approvals and real infrastructure health checks are what keep the game fair (and the domains alive). Looking forward to the episode!

A lot of "AI prospecting" is just automated spam with a new hat. The real unlock is knowing where to add human judgment vs. letting the machine run.
