Later this week we look forward to again attending at the Confederation of School Trusts Annual Conference held at the ICC in Birmingham. Dale Fahey and Wayne Cartmel will be representing MyNewTerm and look forward to what is the largest conference for trust leaders each year. The CST Annual Conference 2025 will explore, through the theme of flourishing, how our school system can move from good to great to deliver excellence, inclusion and equity for all children – and the adults that support them. This is certainly one of my favourite events of the year to attend. Confederation of School Trusts always do an excellent job of lining up relevant speakers to talk on the subjects that matter most, to ensure students, employers, and employees have the opportunities to flourish.
