🌍 From MoU to Mission: Namex team in the Balkans Partnerships matter when they leave the paper and enter the field. This week our engineering team is in #Pristina, turning commitment into action together with our colleagues at #KOSIX, the Kosovo Internet Exchange. Back in May, our CEO Maurizio Goretti signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Nazim Rahimi of ARKEP (Kosovo’s Regulatory Authority). Today, our CTO Flavio Luciani together with our senior network engineers Francesco Ferreri and Marta Burocchi are on site to make it real with the support of Rinor Raci. What we’re delivering: 🔧 Upgrading KOSIX’s technical infrastructure 👥 Training and capacity building for local engineers 🌐 Sharing best practices for regional interconnection This hands-on mission is possible thanks to the support of the Internet Society Foundation (ISOC), whose dedicated grant is powering the upgrade of KOSIX’s critical systems and thanks to Namex members who support and encourage our pro-bono activities.
