Has marketing really changed or have we? We used to chase campaigns. Now we chase connection. We used to talk about customers. Now we talk with them. The channels evolved. The tools multiplied. The dashboards got shinier. But somewhere in the noise, something shifted. We didn't stop telling stories. We just started telling them to algorithms too. We measure faster. We optimise better. But did we get closer? Maybe the hardest change wasn't becoming technical. It was staying human. The modern marketer isn't one thing anymore. They're part analyst, part psychologist, part technologist... navigating between spreadsheets and souls. That's the job now.

Really resonate with the fact that the hardest change wasn't about becoming technical. It was staying human. With AI enabling and simplifying content creation (copy, image, video), the real challenge now is having human insight, connection and stories that can engage audiences.

Totally agree. We need to cut through the noise to evoke and experience human connection.
