Don’t let social media trick you. You can be building something meaningful, hitting milestones, and still feel the weight of how hard it is. Entrepreneurship? Not easy. Business development? Not easy. Balancing consulting work while growing Re-Work? Also not easy. Here’s the tension: Online, we share the highlights—announcements, celebrations, growth. But behind the scenes, things move slower. Contracts stall. Revenue dips. Doubt creeps in (often). I’m proud of what I’ve/we’ve built and I should celebrate it. But visibility doesn’t always equal stability. A note to self momentum takes time. Consistency takes grit. Success looks different for each and every one of us. That’s all!
