Complete with sunrise views of the South Bank, Opus and Big Ben, we recently invited the London Property Alliance (CPA & WPA) Next Gen for a Riverside and Embankment running tour around the Bankside Yards area. Starting at Arbor, the group ran 5k around the local area. The runners explored the historic railway arches, as well as the nearby developments that are currently in progress, including Opus. After the workout, attendees headed to Arbor to enjoy a networking breakfast and to hear more about Native Land’s future-focused 230,000 sq.ft workspace, before visiting the Opus Sales Gallery to understand what the 50-storey residential tower will offer once complete. Thank you to the London Property Alliance and all the Next Gen architects, developers and agents who came along on the day, it was great to explore the SE1 area and connect.
