20hNedbank @Nedbank I noticed last week Monday that I can't transfer money from my bond. After numerous chats and phone calls I was told it is because of FICA and I need to go to a branch to resolve. I went to Cresta last Friday, the lady assisted with my wife's FICA as we have a joint bond. The lady advised she will phone me as the system must still update. This week I had 2 discussions with 2 separate people who just said it has been escalated and they will phone me back. It's been a week with no progress. Shocking service. Then I still get asked if I want to open a credit card and more accounts. next steps to switch my bond
