Last week after a long time I started to step out and present the next versions of thinking that I did, at the start of the year. What better place to start but at Salesforce, Thanks to Soo Basu... who invited me over for a talk with Women In Design #WIND #womenindesign My teams were experimenting with usage of GEN AI in their work and as I observed that, I created frameworks and practice models for us to scale our work and thinking... The first versions sprouted by a small chat with Sundar Balasubramanian last year as we observed Anirudh Moudgal's inspiring presentation on working of AI at our #D4 event in collaboration with DesignUp™ Conference last year. I made a #carddeck to inspire ideas and work with AI... It was experimented with audience of our May 25' #D4, it did some work... And yet... I kept feeling that we are missing our grounding process when two of courageous members of my team Aayaan Khan and Disha Garg experimented with variety of tools. Their trials and successes inspired me to think more and do my part in progressing their work... I put this framework together while still off work during my recent illness... for my teams to use. This talk at #wind was the right opportunity to bring me out of my shell of 3 months and put all that I was ruminating on paper (well digital)... the title of the presentation is inspired by same name book by PV Kannan ... Please reach out if you wish to know more or apply my frameworks in your processes...
More power to you, Neha! Sometimes our best comes out when we pause, reflect, and ideate!
