What I find though is most people who come in and focus in the right places in the business and scale it, it, becomes addicting. This is where it becomes very, very, fun because they get addicted to the success and the endorphins that come from, "I just knocked it out of the park. I just knocked it out of the park. I grew year over year, and I know how I grew year over year. I'm hiring more staff, I'm hiring more A-players," which then feeds into their drive of wanting to be more focused on the business. And the next thing you know, and I've seen some businesses that I've been a part of where we started with 15 locations, ended up with, you know, 15 states of locations of people just so excited about the business that they were growing, they just couldn't get enough of it. Um, and then they end up walking away from, the business, very, very comfortable lifestyles, um, so free time is there, but business is what you put into it and how you build it, and if you don't put in the effort upfront, you won't have those long-term gains.
