New aerial images show the good progress being made at NeuConnect's UK construction site, with the steel and concrete structure of the UK Converter Station starting to take shape above ground. The construction works led by Siemens Energy at the Isle of Grain in Kent are also helping to create important supply chain opportunities for UK companies, with Kent-based Gallagher Group Ltd and Now Construction Limited working on the pre-cast concrete and steel erection on site, and Nottingham-based Caunton Engineering Limited manufacturing all of the structural steel from their factory in the East Midlands.
