Greetings, Nexstar, from the Women of Nexstar, Reception. We're here in Colorado, Super Meeting 2025. It's at the end of the day, well, sun coming down to sundown in Colorado. Jerome, what are you leaving with today that you're most excited to hear your members grow through or for you to support? I think in the spirit of being a sales coach and understanding how sales can be portrayed at times, he really talked about two things about closing. Number one, for the customer, helping them understand that closing is reassuring them that they made a good decision. Um, but another thing is, you know, it's ... Closing is really facilitating. It's helping them walk through the situation and helping them feel good about any option that they pick. That's right. That's Blair Enns, who was our first keynote speaker this morning in the main s- uh, the main session. Yes. There was another piece that I loved where he spoke about lean into being an expert. How did you hear that? Yeah, I mean, at the end of the day, don't be too needy, right? H- he kinda compared it' to dating, like on a first date if you're too needy, probably won't be the best date. Yeah. You know, but at the end of the day, you're the expert. They called you for a reason and lean into that, and that's okay. And it's just so great. Thank you for that, Jerome. Yeah. I, we ...
