Here we go. It is finally here. It is the close of an amazing, just an amazing, week at Super Meeting 2025. Jerome. Yes. What are you, wha- what are you, taking home? What are you taking home? What bubbles up to the top for you after this great week? Well, for today when I really, really, listened to what Mike was saying, he was talking about that, um, have you been the mentor, the mentor, to people the same way that the mentors have been to you? And are you? catching people doing something great, and are you thanking them? So, when I think about that, I think that, stands out because we can easily find things that people are not doing right, but how does it really bring up their spirit when you're finding things that they're doing correct? So, that's what really stood out to me coming out of that session. I think it could be a small thing or loo- and looked over at times, but I think it could be a big thing that can help move people forward. He's quite a celebrity, Mike Averchuck. Also, uh, an author. He took us to school about so, many things. Um, just a lot of listening. Yes. And really continued in our theme of Super Meeting about help. We got, we- we- we got schooled, uh, from the Philadelphia beautiful example of those kids, and just charismatic leaders that' actually care. When you talk about that, I mean, I don't know, I don't know anything that's more powerful seeing someone invest into kids that way. Yeah. And I know that if s- you know, coming from the neighborhood I came from, somebody invested in me as well, I'm- I am where I am. For sure. You know.
