The advantage of being an NBPA member is having access to a network of public sector professionals across the country who can provide feedback, share best practices and relate to the challenges as well as opportunities I experience. The networking extends well beyond the annual conference. The context that. I've made through membership in this organization have proven to be most impactful throughout my 30 year career in local government.
