Oracle is today the only cloud provider that offers the facility where you get a full replica of the public cloud in your private data center. It's pretty unique - the service is called Oracle Dedicated Region Cloud@Customer. Unfortunately in developer mindshare the only thing that most people default to is AWS and to a smaller extent Azure.
