Meta's customer service department is full of LAZY AND INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES THAT DON'T CARE TWO BITS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. Meanwhile, Meta's management doesn't care. META'S ENTIRE CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM SHOULD IMMEDIATELY BE TERMINATED and replaced with employees that actually want to do their jobs!

“Meta looking after businesses” feels a bit like letting sharks guard a seal colony. I lost my Facebook account in March 2025 and my Instagram account in June, both under the username kevcon1079, with no warning, no explanation, and no human contact. AI might be helping advertisers, but it’s also cutting off real users with no recourse.
