Yesterday, we celebrated the grand opening of Nintendo SAN FRANCISCO, our second official store in the United States. This milestone coincides with the anniversary of our Nintendo NEW YORK store, where we’ve been bringing smiles to guests of all ages near and far for 20 years. Nintendo SAN FRANCISCO offers an immersive shopping experience designed to deliver smiles to visitors from all over. In addition to game systems and games, store visitors can discover exclusive products including accessories, apparel, and home goods. More than just a store, Nintendo SAN FRANCISCO is a fun place to explore—whether you are local or visiting the area. Nintendo of America President and Chief Operating Officer Doug Bowser led the ribbon cutting ceremony, where he was joined by San Francisco Mayor Daniel Lurie and, of course, Mario.
"$80" - Nintendo
The COO's last name is Bowser? That could not be more perfect.
But wait, if Mario is in San Francisco, who is keeping the Mushroom Kingdom safe with their jumping and go-karting skills?
**Reflecting on My Experience with Nintendo** Nintendo is a globally recognized and beloved brand, one that holds a special place in my childhood memories. Recently, I had the opportunity to interview with the company, progressing through an extensive hiring process that included eight rounds of interviews. While I was initially optimistic about the opportunity, I ultimately received notice that they had chosen another candidate. While I respect their decision, I was disappointed by the lack of feedback regarding their selection. Transparency in such situations is not only professional but also valuable for candidates seeking growth. As a result of this experience, I’ve reconsidered my engagement with the brand—both as a potential employee and as a consumer. Given that I’ve been a loyal customer for years, even purchasing Nintendo products annually for my six-year-old son since his birth, this decision was not made lightly. Moving forward, I will approach multi-stage interview processes with greater caution and will be more selective in where I invest both my career aspirations and consumer loyalty.
LET’S AH GO!!! 🎮🌁
It was great pleasure helping you guys get this store live with modern point of sale.
It’ll be stripped by the mob in a month…
