I had a stage 1 interview using AI yesterday … My thoughts 💭 Loved it!! It gave me the opportunity to show my real personality It took 20 mins There was a video at the end for me to record myself, almost a mini pitch opportunity, that lasted 1 minute 50 to share my perception of the role and what I’d bring to it Then I was sent feedback and really disappointed It gave me feedback from the AI app, it used words, such as” the downside of you doing this” It also described me very differently to how I deal with communication, I know myself really well My feedback for Sapia.ai 👏 ☀️Your overall flow ot the interview questions are first class ☀️The video opportunity to show case my understanding of the role was a brilliant idea. Giving candidates longer would be great ☀️ A video explainer sent with the invite would be better, as it prepares someone to be presentable (we just think it’s written AI) ☀️Your insights need a lot of work. Unfortunately, this part didn’t work. If I didn’t know what I know it would de motivate me. So, use AI to run efficient stage 1 interviews, unless you’ve amazing insight designers DONT use feedback Unless, you run thorough proof of concepts 👏
