#Google launches #AI #meeting #Scheduler Google’s new Gemini-powered “Help me schedule” in Gmail currently works only for one-on-one meetings, not group coordination. The rollout began October 13, 2025 for Rapid Release domains and will extend to Scheduled Release domains by late October. It's being deployed for Google Workspace Business, Enterprise, and AI Pro/Ultra subscribers, integrating Gemini’s AI directly into Gmail and Calendar interfaces for automated scheduling . Users must grant Gemini access to both Gmail and Google Calendar for smart scheduling to work. It reads your calendar and email context to suggest slots, allowing edits before sending them to the recipient, who can pick one to auto-create an invite. Full automation is best if both parties use Google’s ecosystem; manual steps may be needed if the recipient is outside Google services.
