I had placed an order on 21st September with a promised delivery date of 28th September. I was in constant touch with your Twitter support team, who assured me it would be delivered on time. However, on the morning of 29th September, I received a notification that the delivery was further delayed by 2 more days. Even after being assured that it would definitely be delivered by 30th September, the order has been stuck at your Indore–Dakchaya hub (just 50 km from my location in Ujjain) for the past two days without being dispatched. To add to the disappointment, your customer care service has been unresponsive — calls are disconnected midway, and there is no escalation to a supervisor or concerned authority. This lack of accountability makes the situation even more frustrating. I hope this is taken seriously and my order is delivered at the earliest. NYK-31683902-4902562

What’s most disappointing is that there is no way to get clarity — the delivery partners cannot be contacted, the help desk doesn’t know anything, and customer care simply disconnects calls without escalating to a supervisor. Who is the responsible person customers can actually speak to? If possible, I would even like to connect with the delivery zonal center directly, just so I can understand why my order is being held up for no reason. If the product doesn’t reach in time, it loses its entire purpose since the receiving end will be leaving their hometown soon. This experience is extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Pathetic service by Nykaa , I placed an order NYK-300276631-5227266 on 22nd, the 1st shipment was from Nykaa Now which got delivered after 2 days. First attempt made by Shadowfax was fake, i didn't receive any call.I called the CS team and they said that the order has been returned and they can't help. But after 1 day i received the order. No control over their SCM. 2nd order was supposed to be delivered by 24th, today is 1st oct but I didn't receive the shipment yet. Everyday they are making fake attempts and undelivered was marked. Whenever I'm calling the customer service team they are saying all those scripted words and stating that they have forwarded to the concerned team but nothing has happened. I'm amazed that nykaa has no control over their courier partner. Just awful service. Nykaa
