Dear Team Nykaa, Have placed an order via app. Payment is already done. Product is not delivered by the delivery agent, but on the app he has updated as delivered. On calling him, he first disconnected multiple times, later picked up and said yes I have not delivered but acknowledged he has delivered, and spoke rudely and misbehaved. Also he said if he at all delivers it will be at the Society main entrance and refused the deliver at the flat, he says its not part of his job to deliver at the flat. Dear Team Nykaa, Even after multiple emails and several calls, I have once again received the wrong products from your side. Despite confirming the undelivered products twice on call with your team, I was sent duplicate products that had already been delivered earlier. My actual missing product is still not delivered. Kindly arrange to collect the duplicate items and ensure prompt delivery of my missing product. This repeated issue has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. As a frequent shopper on your platform, I expect better service and reliability. Such experiences make it very difficult to continue shopping with Nykaa in the future. I request you to resolve this matter at the earliest.
