OCFP and CLHIA streamline disability claim forms for faster access to benefits

This is excellent news! The OCFP has worked closely with our partners to identify opportunities to streamline forms, including by harmonizing those required to initiate disability claims. This change will mean patients can access their benefits faster, and family physicians will spend less time on paperwork.    We are proud to support CLHIA's efforts to ensure that family physicians can spend more time doing what they do best - caring for patients.
