The sessions centred around key strategic themes, including: → Reinforcing governance, ethical leadership and our global Code of Conduct – ensuring our decisions and behaviours are guided by our TRUE Values of Trust, Respect, Unity and Empowerment. → Driving forward our People & Culture agenda, with Sarah Williams FCIPD (UK&I) and Ryme Dembri (APAC & ME) collaborating to ensure the colleague experience remains at the forefront of our strategic priorities. → Embedding and scaling AI-enabled technologies, as we continue the journey to Smart FM - empowering colleagues and customers. → Strengthening our position in emerging markets, particularly in support of the technology and digital economy, including critical infrastructure and data centres. → Building the OCS brand as a strategic enabler – ensuring consistency, clarity and distinction across every market where we operate.
