And I'm a firm believer that my job on social media as a physician in general isn't to tell you what to do or what to not do, but it's to give you education so that you now have the opportunity to make the choice that is right for you. Because you can't make decisions on data that you don't know. And so I view it as a place to provide accurate evidence based information. And when you see people talking misinformation, it is it's really hard. We don't have the choice or the luxury in today's world to sit out of the conversation. Because the people who are sharing that misinformation, that is so harmful, they are not sitting out of the talk. They are sharing it really loud with nothing backing them up. And if we don't provide the counter to that narrative, that is the only thing our patients have to believe. So we owe it to show up and to provide the alternative side, which is the truth, because that is where patients are looking for their health information in today's world.
