OSL Digital Securities (OSLDS), a licensed subsidiary of OSL Group, is honored to be appointed as one of the inaugural industry members of the Virtual Asset Intelligence Taskforce (VAIT) — established by the Hong Kong Police Force, in collaboration with the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), and Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department. VAIT aims to enhance public-private collaboration to combat financial crime and strengthen Hong Kong’s position as a trusted, compliant hub for digital assets. At the “Web3 Intelligence and Enforcement Forum,” Gary Tiu, Executive Director and Head of Regulatory Affairs at OSL, joined industry leaders from RD Wallet Technologies Limited (RD Wallet), Beosin, Amber Group, and SlowMist in a panel discussion on cybersecurity and compliance challenges faced by VASPs. The dialogue highlighted the crucial role of licensed institutions in risk management, information transparency, and cross-sector cooperation. Together with regulators and industry partners, OSL remains committed to building a safer, more transparent, and trusted digital asset ecosystem in Hong Kong. 🌐
