I know I've been banging on about this for what feels like 1000 years but sharks need our help and there's one in particular, the oceanic white tip. So this shark was once the most abundant in our ocean, but they're under serious threat of becoming extinct with their population declining by 90%. They're now classed as critically endangered. A fun fact about these sharks is that their Latin name Longimanus translates to long finger. These sharks have huge rounded dorsal fins, paddle like pectoral fins and bottled white tips it looks like. Someone come along and lightly dusted them in icing sugar.
