Yesterday, we hosted the first edition of #UP2DATE at the Gewiss Experience Centre. A special event by ELMET, designed to give voice to the market: a wonderful opportunity to listen, exchange ideas, and better understand how expectations are changing, and how we can shape our services accordingly, setting new standards for the Facility Management ecosystem.   To us, this discussion was truly a compass. ESG drivers, partnership trust, the logic behind procurement decisions, and the role of AI in transforming buildings into sustainable, high-performing environments: each contribution helped us look in the right direction. As POLIFIN Group, we’re investing in places and technologies that generate long-term value - not only for infrastructures, but for territories, businesses and people.   That’s why we believe in curating what we build. Beyond the product, beyond the “go-live”, it’s maintenance and service that make the difference in time. That’s the kind of value we want to leave behind, turning projects into a legacy. Thanks to all participants and to Professor Andrea Ciaramella from Politecnico di Milano, with whom this format was first imagined. Looking forward to the next editions.
