Well done
Truly great to see Pathao celebrating 10 years of growth and the people behind the journey — well deserved! That said, I really hope the next decade focuses more on customer support and complaint management, especially for loyal Platinum users who spend over 10k a month on the platform. Eg: I am waiting on Customer Support for 7 days now, no Response yet and Unfortunately i am a Platinum user of Pathao App. Launching new tech is amazing, but retaining loyal customers through proper support is what sustains real growth. I’m sure Fahim Ahmed bhai would agree — innovation means little if user trust isn’t prioritized. Hope to see improvement there in the next chapter of Pathao’s journey.
