Paul Dumke’s Post

Today marks six months since I joined Lenovo, and the experience has exceeded my expectations. I’m energized by the company’s vision, strategy, and culture. It’s an exciting time to be in the tech industry—especially at a company committed to delivering smarter AI for all through its products and services. I was looking for a place where I could make an impact while continuing to grow and develop. Lenovo has been that place. I’ve been able to contribute meaningfully and see a clear path forward to continue doing so. Leaning in is encouraged and supported; something I deeply value in any environment. I truly enjoy working with the people here, whether they’ve been at Lenovo for a few months or many years. Some are old friends, former customers, and even former competitors. It’s another reminder that it’s a small world, and relationships matter. Thanks again to Ryan McCurdy and Mitch Cuningham. Let’s keep climbing!

Love this! You were always great to work with at Intel because of your commitment to excellence, people and results. Lenovo is lucky to have you!
