An honour of a lifetime   I have been in healthcare my entire professional life. Supporting patients and helping them to access the care and treatment they need is more than just a vocation. You could say it’s in my DNA. Whether in operating theatres, as a consultant trauma and orthopaedic surgeon, or in my capacity as Chief Medical Officer, my drive was to deliver the best for the patients in my care and to support those around me to do incredible and meaningful work. A commitment to excellence is what makes me the person I am. That’s why I am humbled and honoured to have been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Circle Health Group. The organisation has been a key part of my life for over two decades. We’ve grown from a handful of hospitals to now operating the UK’s largest network of private facilities, caring for over 2 million patients each year. In the coming months and years, it will be my mission to make Circle the UK’s most trusted private healthcare partner. Our people have always been our greatest asset, and I cannot wait to get out to our hospitals and business units to begin meeting more of them. I look forward to leading Circle during this, the most exciting chapter in our organisation’s history. Thank you to all my colleagues, past and present, for their support.
